Is there any fairly easy to follow meal plan that consist on 2600 cal a day and had low fat? The reason i ask is because i dont know how to cook much but i am learning.

Hi, i am new to MFP. how do i log oatmeal? When i scan the product i add it but what about milk and sugar? Do i add thouse manually or just the product scan?
