Help!!!! I was getting confused with app and settings I had it at. I think I’ve fixed it. I’m looking to lose weight. My calories are set at 1200. Carbs 50%, Fat 30% and Protein 20%. I have never counted macros and just signed back up for MyFitnessPal and decided to give it a shot since I’m really struggling to lose weight/fat. What is the best % for me to follow to lose weight. Also, what if I don’t hit them or go over a little?
