Hi all, trained for years and then since COVID lost my way. Looking ideas for last meal before bed. I'm dropping 400 cals from maintenance weight but struggling to remember good recipe ideas.
I have been on a 40% Carbs / 40% Protein / 20% Fat Diet for several weeks now which is working great as maintaining weight and dropping body fat slowly which is my aim but any ideas for recipes that fit my macros?
