I lost 12 lbs and now I'm gaining a few back
In the first 2.5 weeks I lost 12 lbs;) But then in the 3rd week I noticed I gained 2.5 lbs back and I'm still counting calories and exercising....mostly jogging/running. Not sure why I'm not losing anymore? I'm currently 163 and I still wanna lose 13 more lbs. Any advice?
