In the first 2.5 weeks I lost 12 lbs;) But then in the 3rd week I noticed I gained 2.5 lbs back and I'm still counting calories and exercising....mostly jogging/running. Not sure why I'm not losing anymore? I'm currently 163 and I still wanna lose 13 more lbs. Any advice?

Weight loss isn't linear. Did you increase your exercise? Did you eat a sodium-heavy meal in recent days? Is TOM coming?

    How about education?

In the first 2.5 weeks you lost a lot of scale weight, but a huge amount of that was water, some of it was food in intestinal tract, a small amount was body fat

    That's what happens

Water weight always fluctuates...so does your scale weight...by up to 5lbs for most people...sodium in diet, cutting carbs then eating them again, hormones around ovulation and periods, change up in exercise all affect your scale weight through natural water...so you don't have a scale weight but a scale weight range

Weight loss isn't linear...take your calorie counting and ensure it's spot on, keep moving...weigh yourself as often as you like but only judge weight loss by averaging out across 6-8 weeks ..that's how you know how your body is responding

Just keep going, hold firm ...if you're weighing and accurately logging your food it will come off

Not necessarily regularly but you will get your downward trend

    Good luck
