I have given up on trying to sync my Fitbit up with my program here . Need suggestions on how to add my steps everyday to my log, 7,000 - 10,000 steps a day have got to be worth something
Well barbecue time is fast approaching :) I have check both hamburgers & chicken burgers on here and it doesn't Say whether it includes the bun ? I don't eat or like buns or breads , just Checking if these calorie amount includes the buns , if it does it would,adjust my intake
