Well the 2 pounds I loss I gained back . I have been tracking for 28 days, am active 6 out of 7 days . Have A Fitbit ( can't sync ) but I am getting in 7-10,000 steps a day. My question is this what they call muscle gain ???

I fill my dinner plate with more veggies .......helps with the after dinner hunger !! Spinach salad on the side helps too

I am 10 days in , love the app !! I keep trying for less carbs but it's not working . Don't know what I am eating Wrong .......love fruit & veggies don't eat bread , bagels or donuts of any sort , love pasta but haven't had any Since I started the app . Any suggestions of foods to stay away from ??? Thanks

I have used this & after adding all my ingredients it also asked me how many servings , not what the servings should weigh or In my case how many ounces/cups ........my receipe is soup I am assuming that my 1 serving is = to 1 cup , yes this can create problems Good luck, if you figure it out please repost
