My steps from FitBit are syncing over to MFP but my workout aren't. Anyone else notice this issue? P.S. If I add them here manually them they show up twice on FitBit app.

Sodium
what's the negatives of eating to much salt (sodium)? I'm wantin to mix up so cucumber slices soaked in salt water and lime. But I know it takes a lot of salt.

I'm wanting to get a FitBit (or something like it) but the prices are kinda high. Is it worth it? Are their any cheaper alternatives?

Quick Question!
I'm trying to lose some lbs. and I have been wondering. My daily calorie limit is 1,700. If I eat all of those but don't go over is that equal to or better than working out and getting an extra 500 and eating those also? 1,700 with no workout Or 2,200 with 500 burned calorie work out.

Looking for friends & motivation
Hi! I'm 21 years old and Im 5'7 and I'm 191. This is the most I've ever weight in my life and iv had two kids. (My son is 2 and my daughter is 11months) Wanting to hit 160 for my first goal, then 140. I really suck at staying focused and need motivation regularly lol. Looking for friends!
