Burning fat not muscle?
I've been browsing the forums a couple days and I've seen a lot that when you're eating at a deficit, you lose muscle not fat. Is there any way to still eat at a deficit but burn fat? Do you wear your Fitbit while doing cardio - treadmill or cross trainer?
ive had my Fitbit flex for a while now and I wear it 24/7 but I'm curious if you guys wear it while doing the treadmill or cross trainer? It obviously tracks my steps and active minutes for both but I also manually log it on MFP too so it's there for sure and definitely logged properly.
