Has My Fitness Pal helped you lose weight. I have been doing weight Watchers but want to just use M.F.P. and see how I do. How much have you lost and in what amount of time with M.F.P......and have you switched from other programs and had MORE success here. Thanks in advance for leaving comments :)
I do really well all day but when evening rolls around and I am watching TV I want to snack. I normally have a mini bag of popcorn but after that I continue to feel the need to snack even when I'm not hungry. I am working on this but am wondering what others do to beat this urge :)
