I've been trying to get on track and never seem to last more than a week. I've gained back the wait I loss and need to start over again. I'm age 52 diabetics runs in my family I'm concerned I need to get my weight under control before it's too late.
i have gained too much in the last month haven't felt healthy trying to get to a good weight. Ideal is 25 lbs but I'll take 5 for now. Post back I could use some support.
