I've been trying to get on track and never seem to last more than a week. I've gained back the wait I loss and need to start over again. I'm age 52 diabetics runs in my family I'm concerned I need to get my weight under control before it's too late.

Are you eating too few calories? If you're too restrictive it may be too hard for you and that's why you give up. Set your weight loss target for .5 lb or 1 lb a week, which should give you more calories, and allow you to work treats into your daily or weekly calorie allowance so you don't feel deprived and always craving.0
