when you say eat back 50%...
When I go to the gym I use the machines to estimate the calories burned. I know they are inaccurate so I always halve the number to put into mfp. Now then, should I only eat back 50% of what I put in mfp (therefore a 1/4 of what the machine said). Or is it just half of what the machine says? Thanks!
