Hi I'm Debbie. Follow at healthy diet most days but stumble at weekends. Lead a fairly active life but aiming to boost that and also the weight loss. Down 11lbs but there's deffo room for improvement! ! Appreciate any support

Hi. Not really posted in here before. I'm on a mission to improve my fitness & drop some weight by eating healthy, sort of flowing slimming world but calorie counting too. Love exercise and aiming for 3-- 4 sessions per week.

Back on it!
Have totally gone to pot last few weeks. Lots of crappy food and too much alcohol! Back to 5 alcohol free days and a diet combination of calorie counting /slimming world meals. Back to the gym 3x per week and maybe a long walk at weekend too (keep me out of the shops!) I spend more money when I'm fed up...comfort eater and…
