Hi I'm Debbie. Follow at healthy diet most days but stumble at weekends. Lead a fairly active life but aiming to boost that and also the weight loss. Down 11lbs but there's deffo room for improvement! ! Appreciate any support

    Hi Debbie. Once you start using the food diary to accurately and honestly record your deeds of the weekend, you will become able to get control of those weekends. Healthy eating 7 days a week will be the trick to reach your goals. Be patient.
