I have been steadily losing weight since January 2015 with 27lbs lost. I got a Fitbit and built up the steps where I have been walking 10miles (25k steps) at least 5 times a week. I changed my activity setting from sedentary to lightly active. Is this correct? At the moment, I do no other exercise, just the walking. Thanks…
I have successfully lost 25lbs using MFP and exercising. I am now down to the last 10-13lbs, but MFP has increased my daily calories by 650. Any idea why it has done this and if I can change it back to what the calorie allowance was set at previously?
