A couple of seemingly stupid questions.
1) Trying to figure out calorie needs based on BMR and... I have no idea what my activity level is considered. I do an hour of weights with a trainer 3 times a week (work to muscle exhaustion), walk 2-5 miles 3-4 times a week and am trying to find the right swim schedule but right now it's about 3 times a week 4-5000 m.…
