seem like im getting nowhere
Ive been excercise for about 4 months now and feel like im getting nowhere, i was about 187 when i started and now im 180 i go to the gym 5 days a week do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strenth training. not enough calories hirting weight lose
I have been using this app for 8 days now and i got to the gym 5 days a week i have my calories at 1430 for the day but i rarely get to that amount. Is it hurting my weight lose? I feel like im getting no where.
