I dont use a food scale and i usually drink coffee if i have a cup in the afternoon i just add it to whats alreay there.

i dont eat alot during the day small snacks usually just to keep me from not being hungry then ill have an okay dinner but nothing over my calories.

I do log my food and try to stay under 1400 calories a day. Im gonna see if i can figure out how to open my diary so you can view it

Yes i was excedding it before so i stopped the shakes and CLA i didnt see it doing me anygood and dont know what it really is supposed to do. Maybe i am doing okay i just have doubts.

Ive been going to the gym for 2 months now and lost around 5 pounds so far, maybe a little more. Ididnt weigh myself when i first started. I was taking CLA and protein shakes but i stopped cause of the calories, they were more than i was burning. I dont know if im on the right track or i should change what im doing.
