Ok people, I got a little hungry this afternoon had a snack, and another one and that rolled into a much larger dinner than I should have, putting me well over my allotted calories for the day. What's my next move?

Joined MFP 2 weeks ago, been very careful about recording my food each day. This has really helped me "reset" my appetite and I'm starting to not miss the larger portion I was used to. Plus I'm looking for new ways to include veggies/fruits into my meals. 5 pounds down, just 45 more to go!
