Joined MFP 2 weeks ago, been very careful about recording my food each day. This has really helped me "reset" my appetite and I'm starting to not miss the larger portion I was used to. Plus I'm looking for new ways to include veggies/fruits into my meals. 5 pounds down, just 45 more to go!

Nicely played! I agree... The logging really helps you see where you can trim calories. And it's really rewarding to make a great dinner that you've tweaked a bit and find out that your plate is full but you're still on target. Keep it up!0
