AVACADOS.... healthy fat, high fiber, filling and delicious! I cut it and sprinkle with lime juice, salt pepper. Sriracha is great on it too. I eat an avacado every day!
:) I tried BLUE PLATE LIGHT MAYO WITH OLIVE OIL. It tastes great with HALF the calories of regular mayo. Kraft also makes it. Much healthier and tastes the same. I love it!!
