advice please
hi ive been using this appfor 4 weeks now eating 1260 cals a day and doing cardio un the gym for an hour treadmill crosstrainer bike and burning 400 cals. i have only lost 1lb inthe 4 weeks, it was 3lbbut some how gained 2lb. should i be eating the extra 400cals im burning in the gym or not? if im not eating them does that…
