How can I tell if I'm overtraining? I'll provide a little background. I go to the gym 5 days a week in the morning. I work out for three hours Monday Wednesday and Friday. I work out 6 days a week and do about 20,000 to 23,000 steps 5 days of those 6. The 6th day I do between 20,000 and 15,000 (which is the daily goal I set for myself). How do you know what your daily activity level is? I've been saying that I'm lightly active since I started my weight loss seven months ago.
