Sometimes I feel like I am alone on this. I weigh 110 pounds and have stomach fat. I am 5 foot 4 and my waist measures at 26 and my stomach measures at 30 inches. Anybody care to share their measurements or pictures? I eat the recommended amount of calories... about 1300 but I do not exercise. I have become lazy.
I am at the weight I want to be at my legs look great and so do my arms. However I still have that stubborn stomach fat. Most of the calories I eat is carbohydrates and protein. I eat the recommended calories daily. Is the carbohydrates causing my stomach fat if I eat too many of my daily calories from them? What helelped…
