Hello all, my current work/school schedule means I only get about an hour at the gym. My goal is to pack on muscle while killing fat. Anyone have any good fitness tips that will help me reach my goal in the allotted time?
In my diet plan it says I am to consume 0g of these fats. I did a lot of research on it and these are the two types of healthiest fats, that can be found in avocados, nuts, fish, etc. Am I to cut these foods completely from my diet?
