I started strong lifts about a month ago and have worked my way up to the following weights: Deadlift - 145 lbs Squat - 125 lbs Bench Press - 85 lbs Overhead Press - 70 lbs Row - 85 lbs I have also been doing a little cardio afterwards (10 min interval training) and cardio 2x per week on my off days.
