Im at 3.5% fat looking for friends whos diets also consists in maintaining a low body fat. At the moment i need to go up to 6% to gain more muscle in a few months. Im not saying only people who are that low but anywhere around 10% to help motivate each other.
I'm 18 I believe I have the discipline to become a bodybuilder but once in a while I'll eat out or not reach my protein intake goal or miss a workout so looking for friends trying to do the same or are bodybuilders, to get that extra motivation.
