It read the muscle and fat tissues in my body i understand only measuring thigh, abdominal and chest would make it a little off maybe by 2 or 3 percent the most but i doubt 6% but thank you for watching out for me and for giving me your opinions its been a lot of help

Listen all the IFBB said was i would look better at 165-170 the gaining muscle is my own goal, thats my point. Since my first compitition is next season my goal is to try to reach around 165-170 for next year

I had the most precise test done on me the reason my vascularity isnt insane in pic is no flexing and gallon of water a day. Your jealousy is killing your own focus

The pictures you are showing are just before compition where they're hydration is extremely low and as you can see are also flexing. In my picture im still drinking over a gallon of water a day…

Im 19 the teen group was from 13 to 18 haha so i thought this would be safer. I like to help motivate and give tips if anyone has questions and looking for friends to help motivate me; to keep me on track

You can but it takes a long time and i spoke to a IFBB pro who wonts me to gain 15 pounds of lean muscle in 2 months to compete for next season. At around 6-8% its easier because your body has more fat to work with to support energy and muscle growth

A little tip that has helped me on latenight sugar cravings; i put grapes in the freezer and at night will eat a hand full or so when i get cravings that way since they're frozen you can eat them slowly and they're high in sugar so you're icecream craving should go away after awhile

Add me too I'm 18 weighed around 200 at age 14 lost 50 pounds got into boxing now getting into bodybuilding, believe me I know cravings I'm Italian food is our life. I found though if you keep up with drinking a gallon of water a day it helps make you feel full because our mind mistakes dehydration with hunger. You may…
