I know that i really need to lose some weight. I feel really fat and awful. Judging by the pictures, How much weight do you suppose I should lose? I was thinking between 20-30???
Especially in my legs? Am I fat looking?
I'm a college student, and throughout the school year I have access to the fitness center on campus, which I've used every day for the past year.
