I've just started the ideal shape plan this Tuesday . Are there any other people using this Plan? I live in NY and would love to make some friends on this forum to help with motivation. I have 40lbs I would love to lose.

Lost count of how many attempts I have made to try to lose weight. I just started ideal shape shakes this past Tuesday and so far so good. I have lost 2lbs and so far I feel very motivated. I am looking for some friends to help with motivation and encouragement. I would love to lose 40 to 50 lbs
