Almost there to my first weight loss goal!
Oh this has not been easy and I have a long way to go but when I stepped on my scale this morning and seen I am only 5 pounds away from loosing my first 40 I got the best feeling in the world. My Dr just started me on this a week ago, and it's to soon to know if I'm loosing weight but oh my do I feel different, can't sleep constantly dizzy, but honestly not hungry .
