Getting back on track!
hello! I'm 52, former athlete, and an executive. I'm looking to get back into shape so I can increase my energy and activity. I'd like to find an accountability partner to help keep me on track. If you have the same motivation needs let me know. I'm try to get to my goal weight and its 65 lbs away.

Ok I'm not 19 anymore and my metabolism is slooooowww. What advice can you share about picking up the pace through food choices. I know activity is key but feel I need more strategies.

Staying course this weekend especially since it's Mother's Day tomorrow. What to do? Celebrate without food. Flowers and garden upgrades last longer.

Being consistent
I'm am finding that staying the course is always a challenge, however drinking water consistently helps so much to get over challenges to my new eating efforts. Stay thirsty my friends.
