Back at this morning. Tough. Yesterday was a rest day and I didn't feel any energy this morning. I did it though. Now have to be disciplined with food.

Well I've not had accountability, I remain in the old routine. Really seeking someone who is also trying hard to meet a goal. If you're game I'm am too. Let's do this!

Thanks for the insightful responses! Adding more muscle means an increase in weight but that's not the problem. The problem is burning fat off off the old frame. Will do and enjoy the results. Eventually the weight will be where I'd like it to be.

How did you do this weekend? Did you overcome those desires to just cheat a little? If so then kudos to you my friend. If you didn't then make up for it this week. Get active, a walk daily will do wonders.

Watching definitely helps. I'm down 22 pounds. When I don't watch I trend up in my weight. It really pays to watch.

Been in the yard all morning. Getting thirsty more than hungry. Perhaps a small snack to get through the rest of the afternoon? What do you add with water to get through the day?

Plateau is in full effect the last three days. I need another good day. I don't have the opportunity to get to the gym so I'm going to have to be patient. I've neglected snacking is that why I'm stuck?

Usually a couple of eggs w/vegetables and 2 pieces of bacon. No sugars, breads, or cereals.

Daily but only really consider the total at the end of the week. Water weight is too.....let's say fluid.
