Help! Knowledge needed! Carbs, calories and losing weight
Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to lose weight in the healthiest way possible. It's really confusing! Veggies are carbs but my macros say I am going over on carbs. Lean protein ideas?
Hi, I'm looking for ideas for low calorie proteins that I can incorporate into my diet. I've been eating a lot of seafood (fish and shrimp mostly), as well as deli sliced ham. I'm new to the whole dieting/fitness thing. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks ☺

Weight fluctuations?!
My weigh fluctuates up to 6 lbs from day to day. Im on a 1200 cal/day diet and I'm working out. I know I'm not actually gaining weight but it's still disappointing to see an increase on the scale. Does anybody else have this issue? How do I get an accurate weight?

food issues
I don't know why it's so hard to control myself with food sometimes!! It seems like 3 weeks a month I'm all about diet and working out, but that other week I just can't seem to control myself.
