I don't know why it's so hard to control myself with food sometimes!! It seems like 3 weeks a month I'm all about diet and working out, but that other week I just can't seem to control myself. I'm like a vacuum! A very slow and tired vacuum. Can any other women relate? What do you do to control your urges and motivate yourself during that week? Usually I control my environment to deal with temptation but my kids and I are staying with my parents for a few weeks and the house is overflowing with junk food. HELP!!
