Workout calories
I'm down to my last 10 lbs. my calorie goal is 1290 now per MyFitnessPal. I am wondering if I'm eating enough calories. I weighed 156 Monday, my goal is 145. My exercise consists of an hour of brisk walking 5 days per week. And then every night I run/walk between 4-6 miles 6 days/ week. It's mostly all hills up one down…
