Workout calories

I'm down to my last 10 lbs. my calorie goal is 1290 now per MyFitnessPal. I am wondering if I'm eating enough calories. I weighed 156 Monday, my goal is 145. My exercise consists of an hour of brisk walking 5 days per week. And then every night I run/walk between 4-6 miles 6 days/ week. It's mostly all hills up one down one.
I've noticed my weight loss is slow and sometimes I gain. I honestly don't know if I'm eating enough calories?? Does anyone have any insight?

    How tall are you? I'm 5'6" 155 lbs and I also want to get down to 145 but I've ALSO stopped losing at the moment lol maybe play w your macros a bit? I see a professional nutritionist and she put me at 1300 calories a day, but I cycle my carbs, protein, and fat every couple days

    Your goal is 1,290 cals per day but you adjust that for the exercise you do, like MFP was designed for, right?
