Is it ok of you have a "cheat day"? I'm not talking about going completely all out and just over eating. Like having something that may not be healthy for you but in moderation.

How do I prevent shin splints?
Every time I try to go for a run, I have to stop after 6 minutes or so. Not because of fatigue, but because I get awful shin splints and my ankles get really tight. (I've always had problems with sprained ankles) I don't know of anything that I can do to prevent them, so I'm looking for some advice or tips. Thank you!

Hi everybody. It's my first day on here and I'd like to meet some new friends
My name is Jake. I'm on here because I really want to lose weight, and I'm having a tough time of it. It's not the excercise, I lift or run for at least 30 mins a day, not including my job that involves some activity. I just have awful eating habits and can't change them. I would love having some new friends for motivation!

I just need to lose weight. My goal is 80 lbs. it's just that everytime I try to diet, I always give in. Exercise isn't an issue, it's just the whole over eating problem. (And not the healthy stuff either) any advice or tips would be truly appreciated.
