Starting not to care
So this past week, I decided to majorly start to diet. I've eaten less than 1100 calories per day. I've ran 10 miles, walked 5. I kayaked the other day. That weird taste when you run...
Okay, so I know a lot of people get a taste of iron or blood when they run. I started to run 3-4 miles per day but now I wake up and still taste iron. It's been about 3 days of that taste in my mouth and I have no idea how to stop it.
