The only way to get yourself to lose weight is to make good choices, no matter how much you don't want to. It's good that you are staying under your calorie limit, but maybe you should try to exercise more? Motivation has to come from yourself. Tip for your team: if you are feeling hungry at night and are trying to not eat a snack, brush your teeth! Nobody wants to eat after they already brushed, plus it'll make whatever snack you want to eat taste weird :)
