Lasik and exercise
I had lasik on Monday, May 1st, and am going to start exercising again on Monday, the 8th. Has anyone else had lasik? If so, how long did you wait before exercising? Thanks!

Working out but gaining weight
So I am on my fourth week of 22 Minute Hard Corps and I love it! I have also been jogging and doing the elliptical daily. These things are in addition to keeping my calories under 1200 per day. So far, I have gained about 4 pounds. I feel smaller (belly), but seeing that number go up weekly is very frustrating. Any advice…

Ripped in 30
So I started Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 today and loved it. I have done it before, but I haven't really worked out too intensely since before my ankle surgery this past summer. I am super motivated, especially since I gained some weight. Any other workouts any one is doing now? I would love to hear about them. Thanks!

Frustrated and gaining
I am getting so frustrated with my behavior. I have not been able to control myself lately with candy and sweets and it is showing on the scale. Ankle surgery
I had ankle surgery last week and I am finding it really hard to stay within my 1200 calorie allotment. Prior to this, I was exercising 30-60 minutes daily and that calorie cushion was nice. I guess I am looking for words of encouragement and possibly stories of surgery and how to avoid weight gain. Thanks!!!!

Way too much sugar?
Hi there! I had a question regarding sugar content. I eat a lot of fruit and even though I have not eaten many "Empty calorie" sugar such as candy, my sugar level is maxed out daily. Should I be counting the sugar in fruit towards my total, or is there a way to distinguish this difference? Thanks!!!!
