Muscle Gain Offsetting Weight Loss
A lot have people have been saying on here that muscle doesn't offset weight loss but it doesn't make sense to me. It might not last very long but doesn't there have to be a period of time where your fat goes down and your muscle goes up? And consequently couldn't they balance out, if only briefly? I'm losing my boobs. :(
I'm losing weight, which is fantastic, but along with everywhere else, I'm losing weight from my boobs and they weren't very big too begin with. I know there's nothing I can do about it but I could do with a bit of cheering up about it.
