Muscle building/ nutrition help
I’ve been slim/ mostly skinny all my life and I want to gain weight. I’m 5”4, 130lbs, 30 yrs, and even though I’m at my recommended weight I feel so uncomfortable with myself. Clothes just don’t fit. Anyone have recommendations for building muscle at home or nutrition?

Morning workouts
I want to start going to the gym before work but have the tendency to keep on sleeping when the alarm goes off. Does anyone have any tips? Also do you eat before the workout? I was think of just snacking on a banana or an oatmeal drink. and if anyone has any routine to get toned or lose belly fat it is greatly appreciated!
