Yesss, great job! Any tips for beginners? Or what do you do?

I had a few personal trainers and they always checked my weight, height and body mass. It’s important to have an idea of the process, especially if you start training that first day. If she didn’t do it I suggest you do it

I want to start bulking and lifting too. I’m currently working on my food intake since I am very slim and doing at home workouts. I want to do a little more reading about this because I have no idea how to go about this

Ensure, protein powder or Pb. I suck at having protein in meals.

My problem is not eating a lot maybe not enough calories. I’ve tried with the app but I still fall short. Idk what’s my problem. I get full so fast. I’m waiting for the weather to get warmer to start on the smoothies while looking for a dairy free milk beneficial for me in taste and protein. Soy makes my stomach hurt. Do…

How did you do it? I struggle with weight gain and have tried building muscle at the gym but I see no changes. I even got a personal trainer. It’s been months. I think I might be doing something wrong. I’m so insecure with my body.

Include high calorie snacks during your day. If you eat a yogurt then add some shredded almonds and fruits, crackers then add peanur butter and have a cup of milk, maybe make smoothies with banana and peanut butter. If you eat vegetables then melt some cheese on it. Try to snack or eat every 3 hours. I hope this helps. :)

I like the ToneItUp protein powder, 15 g of protein, 90 calories, and it’s plant based. So no stomach aches after drinking the protein, which I’ve experienced with the regular whey protein. I should’ve tried the isolate but for now TIU is working for me. Oh! And their bars are great too. They do run on the pricey side..…

I wanna start running too but just feel uncomfortable doing it. My problem is that because I'm so thin people are gonna look at me weird because of it. Like why is a thin girl running she should be lifting weights.

I'm the same as you. I wanna gain first and then start exercising. I'm trying on healthy foods though cause gaining with sweets was horrible! I suggest smoothies 1-2x and peanut butter on snacks.

I wanna gain weight too. I've been loving strawberry smoothies. I feel like I need more hours in a day to eat more but I'm gonna pull through this! We can share!

Ah yes! Same here, it's been so hard to hard to gain weight.

All of you guys seriously inspire me. I want to get into the routine of waking up early and getting to the gym. Definitely! It's going to be one of the things i push myself to do and still head to work by 7. Any tips on which machines to use or a sample layout of a workout?

I say legit track your foods. It actually does help and this app is perfect. My plan is to gain and then start working out but you have to watch your food. Don't eat just because of the calories but also because it'll make your body have the energy it needs. Meal, snack, meal, snack, meal, snack, I just feel it works. Also…

What exactly are you doing to gain? I've been trying but still nothing.

I wish I could lift, my strength is so poor. Definitely need friends in the east coast. Maybe NJ? Do you have any tips?

What kind of work outs do you suggest?
