Adjust tracking streak?
I just lost my 490-day tracking streak because I waited too long to go track this weekend. I know I have read that it's possible to adjust it, but I can't figure out how and searching the boards isn't helping. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Weekly calorie deficit
Is there any way to see your calorie deficit/overage over a range of time in the MFP tracker? Or do I just have to keep track of it manually? (I mean the deficit/overage from my daily goal - like if I'm intentionally eating a little less on some days so I can eat a little more on other days.)
