Weekly calorie deficit

Is there any way to see your calorie deficit/overage over a range of time in the MFP tracker? Or do I just have to keep track of it manually? (I mean the deficit/overage from my daily goal - like if I'm intentionally eating a little less on some days so I can eat a little more on other days.)

You can see it on the iPhone app, I believe.0

On my I-phone, go to diary, scroll to bottom, hit Nutrition, Slide to calories, hit week view and there they are. Under the graph, You can see both both total or net.0

You're welcome. I like tracking my daily average on a weekly basis. Levels off the highs and lows and I really don't think daily differences matter much, as long as the weekly averages stay where they belong.1
