Can anyone recommend a good gym app for logging mainly activity, weight and rep routines... I know it sounds lazy but the amount of times I forget to pick pencil and paper up at 6am is unbelievable.
As a relative newbie any advice would be appreciated. Currently weighing in at a hefty 102kg and standing 187cm my target is to get less than 80kg with no real time scale - just as soon as is realistically possible.
