Assist with macro set up
I have my macro set at Protein 40% (120g), Fat 35% (47g), and Carb 25% (75g). If Carb is 25% then why is the grams showing up higher than the fat grams? I weigh 134 lbs and am 50yrs old. trying to lose about 20 lbs. Can you tell me what the best way to set the macros for me?
