I have my macro set at Protein 40% (120g), Fat 35% (47g), and Carb 25% (75g). If Carb is 25% then why is the grams showing up higher than the fat grams?
I weigh 134 lbs and am 50yrs old. trying to lose about 20 lbs. Can you tell me what the best way to set the macros for me?

Fat has 9 calories per g and Carbs and Protein have 4.1

Because the % is the percent of your calories and fat has more calories per gram than carbohydrates.
Why not just start with the default suggestions and make adjustments based on your preferences after a few weeks?2 -
Fat has more than twice the calories per gram, compared to protein and carb.
You can set macros any way you like, but protein should not take up the bulk of your calories. And 1200 calories might be too little for you. Keep in mind that you can't lose more than maybe half a pound of fat per week at your weight.1
